
Day One (Wednesday)
- Arrive and check-in to Noelle (I would come into town either the night before or early in the morning the first day)
- Have breakfast at Frothy Monkey – an all day cafe, specialty coffee roaster, and wholesale bakery
- Take a walk down Honky Tonk Highway where there’s live music all day, every day. Be sure to visit:
- Rippy’s Honky Tonk – offers country music along with rock ânâ roll with three stages situated on its two floors; the outdoor patio provides amazing views of Broadway.
- Robert’s Western World – clothing store by day, music club by night; features traditional country, rockabilly and bluegrass music
- The Second Fiddle – filled with Grand Ole Opry memorabilia; performers are known for playing old school-style country music favorites and original works
- The Stage – features a large dance floor and a massive mural adorned with the images of Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and other celebrated performers; with unique guitars displayed in the bar, the venue has a Texas-style atmosphere
- Tootsies Orchid Lounge – where Willie Nelson earned his first songwriting gig; club has hosted nearly every singer and songwriter in the industry
- Wild Horse Saloon – offers free dance lessons on the largest dance floor in the city; housed in a repurposed, historic warehouse, the three-story club has Southern cuisine and several stages hosting a variety of acts
- Have lunch at Pinewood Social – a trendy hangout featuring New American cuisine, cocktails & bowling
- Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
- Take a tour through The Johnny Cash Museum
- Go for a walk along the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge – you’ll have an amazing view of the city
- Have dinner at Chauhan Ale and Masala House – a highly praised Indian restaurant from celebrity chef Maneet Chauhan (full-time judge on Chopped)
- If you’re not too tired, head to Nashville Palace – classic country music acts perform at this rustic honkey-tonk with dancing & pub grub
Day Two (Thursday)
- Have breakfast at the Graduate and take some photos around this funky hotel
- Visit Centennial Park and be sure to check out the Parthenon – the worldâs only exact-size and detail replica of the original temple in Athens, Greece
- Take a self-guided tour of Vanderbilt University
- Visit Belmont Mansion and take a tour of this historic house museum built in 1853 for a cotton heiress
- Have lunch at Bartaco – upscale street tacos, specialty cocktails & beer in a coastal & relaxed environment
- Go shopping along 12 South. Some fav shops are:
- Be sure to spot these 12 South Murals:
- Grab a sweet treat at Five Daughters Bakery or an ice cream at Jeni’sÂ
- Head back to Noelle to have drinks at Rare Bird
- Have dinner at City House – Italian spot serving pizza, pasta & housemade sausage, all made with Southern ingredients & flair
Day Three (Friday)
- Have breakfast at The Loveless Cafe – quaint country charm and good cooking that has made it a landmark since its doors opened over 50 years ago
- Visit Cheekwood – a 55-acre botanical garden and historic estate, featuring art galleries & seasonal festivals
- Visit Belle Meade – Greek revival-style plantation house & grounds dating back to the 1840s, with a winery & event spaces
- Have lunch at RH Courtyard Restaurant
- Visit the Bluebird CafĂŠ – popularized by the hit television show âNashville,â it has left a major imprint on the city music scene; Garth Brooks and Taylor Swift both got their start here
- Go shopping at Hill Center Green Hills – be sure to visit H. Audrey
- Take a tour of the Grand Ole Opry – country’s most famous stage
- Have dinner at Rolf and Daughters – seasonal and inventive, the menu highlights local farms and legendary handmade pastas
- See a show at Station Inn – located approximately a mile from Lower Broadway in the Gulch neighborhood; it’s regarded as one of the top venues for bluegrass music
Day Four (Saturday)
- Have brunch at Acme Feed & Seed – multilevel venue with creative cuisine, cocktails & live music, plus a rooftop patio
- Head to the airport to go home
